These terms apply to everyone who creates an account at proxyworld.shop or uses ProxyWorld proxies. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.
1. What we provide
ProxyWorld provides proxies through the gate.proxyworld.shop gateway. The products are residential by the GB, unlimited residential by the day, and static ISP and datacenter bought per IP per month.
The contents, price and available countries of each plan are those shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard when you place the order.
2. Accounts
An account is created either with an email and password or with a token issued on the sign-up page. You are responsible for keeping your login details and proxy credentials safe, and for activity on your account.
- Up to 3 accounts can be created from the same network (IP address).
- The email is used only as a login name. ProxyWorld sends no verification, password reset or marketing emails. A forgotten password can't be recovered by email, so store it somewhere safe.
- The token is shown once, on the sign-up page. We hold only a hash of it, so a lost token can't be reissued and the account can't be restored. A login password can be changed in dashboard settings, and changing it ends sign-ins on your other devices.
3. Balance top-ups
Every ProxyWorld purchase is paid from a prepaid USD balance. You fill the balance by sending crypto on the top-up screen, then buy plans from it. Balance never expires.
One top-up can be from $25 to $5,000. What you send is credited to your USD balance and is spent on plans.
4. Placing and activating orders
When you buy a plan, the price is taken from your balance right away. Until the network switches the plan on, the order shows as activating.
If an order can't be activated, we cancel it and return the full amount to your balance. A plan's period is counted from the moment activation finishes.
5. Proxy credentials
Each account gets one proxy username and one proxy password, both visible in the dashboard. You can issue a new proxy password at any time and register up to 10 server IPv4 addresses as Allowed IPs.
Concurrent connections, bandwidth, traffic and IP count can be used only up to what your plan includes.
6. Rules of use
ProxyWorld may be used only within the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and to the sites you connect to. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Suspending or closing accounts
ProxyWorld may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that could harm the network or other customers.
You can stop using the service whenever you like. To delete an account, send the request while signed in to that account.
8. Refunds
Refunds are credited to your account balance as described in the Refund Policy. Balance is not sent out to a crypto wallet.
9. Changes to the service
ProxyWorld may change its products, prices, countries and features. New prices apply to orders placed after the change, and plans you have already paid for stay as they are.
Proxy IPs are sourced from outside networks, so a given IP or location may change over time.
10. Limits on liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, ProxyWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its liability on any claim is limited to what you paid for the plan in question.
11. Changes to these terms
ProxyWorld may revise these terms. The date at the top tells you which version is in force, and if you keep using the service after a revision, the revised terms apply.
