Every ProxyWorld refund is credited to your account balance. Below is when a refund applies and how we handle it.
1. Refunds are credited to balance
All refunds go back to your ProxyWorld balance. We don't send them to a crypto wallet or any other account. Refunded balance can be spent on any of the four products.
2. Orders that never activate
If an order fails, is canceled or can't be activated, the full amount you paid goes back to your balance. You don't need to ask: it is handled as part of the cancelation.
3. Activated plans
Once a plan is activated, its days, traffic or IPs are already assigned to your account, so it is not refunded. Residential traffic never expires, so any unused GB remain on your account.
4. Balance you have not spent
Leftover balance stays on your account with no expiry. Use it for any plan whenever you need one.
5. Mistakes when sending crypto
Send exactly the coin and network shown on the top-up screen. Crypto transfers can't be reversed, so check the address, network and amount once more before you send.
If you sent a different amount, used another network, or the top-up hasn't reached your balance, keep the transaction ID and check the top-up status on the History tab of your dashboard. Once the deposit is confirmed, we credit the amount we actually received. Money sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
