These rules say what ProxyWorld proxies may and may not be used for. They form part of the Terms of Service and apply the same way to every account and plan.
1. Permitted uses
ProxyWorld proxies may be used for lawful business and personal work. For example:
- Collecting web data that is publicly available.
- Checking how ads show in different countries and cities.
- Monitoring prices and stock in online stores.
- Checking local search rankings and running SEO audits.
- Testing how websites and apps look from regions abroad.
2. Prohibited uses
ProxyWorld may not be used for the following.
- Opening the login pages of banks or other financial institutions.
- Visiting government websites.
- Anything illegal.
- Spam or bulk messages the recipients did not agree to.
- Credential stuffing (trying leaked login details across many sites) or any other attempt to get into someone else's account.
- DDoS or other traffic meant to take a service down.
- Anything that breaks the laws that apply to the site you connect to.
3. Consideration for the sites you visit
Follow the laws that apply to you and to each site. Collect only public information, and space out your requests so the site is not overloaded.
4. Looking after your account and credentials
You manage your login details (email and password, or token), your proxy username and password, and your Allowed IPs. You are responsible for all traffic sent with those credentials, including traffic from teammates you share them with.
5. Review and action
ProxyWorld may block access to some sites at the gateway and reviews abuse reports it receives. Accounts that misuse the service are suspended.
6. Balance after suspension
When an account is suspended for breaking this policy, all its plans stop and the remaining balance is not refunded.
7. Changes to this policy
ProxyWorld may revise this policy. Check the date at the top for the version in force.
