This policy explains what information ProxyWorld stores, why, and for how long. We collect only what we need to run your account and plans.
1. What we store at sign-up
We never ask for your name or phone number. Depending on how you sign up, we store only the items below.
- Email sign-up: the email address used as your login name and a hash of your password. The password itself is not stored, and we send no mail to the address.
- Token sign-up: a hash of the token. The token itself is not stored, so we can't show it to you again.
- A hash of the IP address used at sign-up, used only to enforce the limit of 3 accounts per network.
2. Top-up records
For each top-up we store records such as the amount, coin, network, transaction ID and status. We use them to credit your balance and show your top-up history.
Wallet private keys and card details never reach us, and we keep no copy of them.
3. Balance and order data
We keep your balance, top-up history, orders, plan settings, proxy username, Allowed IPs and the usage needed for billing, so we can run your plans and show them in the dashboard.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Login cookie: keeps you signed in.
- Language cookie: shows the site in the language you chose next time.
- Referral source cookie: records where you first came from, such as a search or a link.
5. How we use it
Stored information is used only to run accounts, process top-ups and orders, and prevent misuse of the service.
6. When we share it
ProxyWorld does not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with providers that help run the service, such as hosting and the payment window used for top-ups, or when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. When an account is deleted, personal data such as the email and hash values is erased, and only the top-up and order records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons remain.
8. Deleting your account
You can request deletion while signed in to the account. Any remaining balance is removed with it and can't be brought back, so we suggest spending your balance before you ask.
9. Changes to this policy
ProxyWorld may revise this policy. Check the date at the top for the version in force.
